HR Tech Team Lead - Agile Leader for 1st/2nd Line Support

Hackajob Ltd is seeking a Team Leader for the HR Technology team based at our Head Office in Enderby. You will guide a dedicated 1st and 2nd line support team, drive performance and oversee key operational projects while collaborating with Product Development Managers and Test Managers.

You will manage up to 10 UK-based colleagues with potential offshore oversight, mentor your team, ensure quality, and help recruit and onboard new talent to strengthen the team’s technical capabilities.
