HR Technology Operations Analyst

The HR Technology Operations Analyst provides day-to-day support for Workday and associated HR processes. You will coordinate operational activities, investigate issues, analyze trends, and support testing, reporting, governance, and continuous improvement. The role requires independent judgment within established guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Workday applications, EIB processing, and operational activities
• Investigate exceptions, system issues, and process defects
• Develop reporting and analysis for service delivery
• Coordinate testing, releases, and change management activities
• Escalate issues and communicate updates to stakeholders

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree or technical certificate
• Two to three years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of Workday and associated business processes
• Understanding of controls, reporting, testing, and data flows
• Ability to analyze operational and process issues
