HR Technology Transformation Specialist

Overview

In this role you support Croda’s Global HR Transformation programme by driving governance, data quality, and process workstreams. You will collaborate across HR, IT, Finance and Legal to ensure compliant, well-documented HR data and system changes. You’ll help manage DPIAs, data protection, and cross-country governance to enable smooth migrations and go-live activities. This is a chance to shape how HR technology supports a scalable, responsible and inclusive people agenda within a 2030 Growth Strategy context.

Responsibilities
  • Support Quality Gate discipline and track scope against change control to prevent creep
  • Track DPIA actions to closure and coordinate privacy-related items across the organisation
  • Contribute to Works Council consultations in relevant European jurisdictions
  • Maintain governance trackers and Hypercare/BAU documentation
  • Assist data quality remediation by logging exceptions and following up with owners
  • Monitor legacy system archiving scope and dependencies across the 38-country footprint
  • Support data quality sign-off checklists per migration wave
  • Oversee system integration dependencies across connected systems
  • Coordinate HR policy transformation by maintaining policy inventories and ownership
  • Document process workflows and dependencies for wide visibility
  • Coordinate cutover schedule tracking and HR calendar-aligned go-live activities
  • Manage SSO testing rollout logistics and issue logging
  • Coordinate mobile app rollout logistics and user communications
  • Manage change freeze process including calendar and exception logging to Programme Manager
Key requirements
  • Strong understanding of GDPR as applied to HR systems including DPIAs
  • Experience with data quality, integration architecture, and system dependencies
  • Excellent organizational skills to track multiple streams to closure
  • Collaborative, proactive mindset for chasing and unblocking tasks
  • Experience in matrixed, multinational environments and stakeholder relationship building across HR, IT, Finance, and Legal
  • Ability to handle sensitive data with discretion
  • Strong written communication for trackers, status updates, and briefing notes for senior stakeholders
