HRIS & Payroll Business Analyst (Dayforce)

Aeolus Staffing Solutions is seeking a hands-on Business Analyst to support a public-sector client’s HRIS and payroll assessment. You will work with HR, Payroll and IT to document needs and align with the new system, starting with discovery and requirements, with potential for implementation. Role welcomes candidates with BA, HRIS, or HCM Functional backgrounds who can show the required experience. The assignment is primarily on-site in Ottawa with 3–5 days per week and a Q4 2026 start.
