HRIS & Workforce Analytics Analyst

The City of Red Deer is seeking a HCM Data Management Analyst to maintain HRIS data, produce analytics, and enable informed decisions for workforce planning and operations.

As part of a collaborative team, you will support HR processes, ensure data integrity, and deliver insightful reports while adhering to privacy and governance standards. This is a regular full-time role with a strong emphasis on data accuracy and stakeholder training.
