HRIS Workforce Analytics Analyst

Use HRIS administration and workforce analytics in a hybrid Analyst position, working two days weekly in the office with people data. This HRIS & Workforce Analyst serves as the subject matter expert for HR systems, workforce reporting, data governance, and analytics. The position works with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business leaders. Its purpose is optimizing people systems, improving reporting, and supporting strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities:
Own and administer HRIS and workforce management systems Evaluate, test, and implement system enhancements and upgrades Develop dashboards, scorecards, metrics, and executive reporting Analyze workforce trends for planning and business decisions Lead automation, process improvement, and system optimization initiatives Requirements:
Expertise in HR systems and workforce reporting Knowledge of data governance and reporting consistency Ability to partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT Capability to develop training resources and support users Data-driven approach to workforce analytics Apply HRIS administration, reporting, governance, and analytics expertise to improve people systems and workforce decisions.
