HSE Client & Programme Lead — Risk, Compliance & Delivery

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced HSE Client and Programme Manager in the United Kingdom. The role involves leading HSE delivery across priority clients and programmes, embedding within teams when needed and aligning with AtkinsRéalis standards from mobilisation through to delivery and close-out.

You will work with client and project leaders to manage risks, support Thrive and psychological safety, and drive continuous improvement across governance and controls.
