Support HSE and transportation applications with REST APIs and Microsoft SQL Server from Sunoco LP’s Calgary, Alberta IT Applications team.

This customer-focused specialist supports business-critical systems across retail, transportation, midstream, refining, and corporate operations. You will administer cloud-hosted and on-premises applications, assist users, troubleshoot incidents, and maintain integrations supporting fleet dispatch, maintenance, and tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide application support for HSE and transportation business systems
  • Administer and troubleshoot cloud-hosted and on-premises applications
  • Investigate incidents and resolve service requests
  • Support fleet dispatch, maintenance, and tracking platforms
  • Monitor integrations using REST APIs and structured data formats

Requirements:

  • Diploma, degree, or equivalent Information Technology experience
  • Experience supporting enterprise business applications
  • Microsoft SQL Server and data warehouse experience
  • Knowledge of mobile device support and MDM deployment
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
