HubSpot Platform Owner, RevOps & Sales Strategy

Focus Group is seeking a HubSpot Manager, Sales Operations to own our HubSpot platform within the sales function. You will shape the roadmap, ensure adoption, and deliver measurable value across the revenue funnel.

This role reports to the Revenue Operations Director and sits in a hybrid UK office setup. You will partner with sales, marketing, and tech teams to define platform capabilities, build dashboards, and maintain data integrity.
