Humanoid Robotics Field Support Engineer

Engineered Arts is seeking a hands-on customer support engineer in London to become a subject expert on Ameca and Mesmer humanoid robots. You will diagnose issues, assist customers before delivery, install, train, and support robots throughout their lifetime.

You’ll travel to events worldwide, handle on-site demonstrations, manage a helpdesk, and coordinate spare parts with production while upholding our Be Wow motto.
