HVAC Applications Engineer Technical Support

Apply HVAC principles and technical aptitude as an Applications Engineer supporting customized solutions in Oxygen8’s hybrid Toronto or Vancouver offices. Refine customer documentation with precision.

This full-time, permanent position supports established customers across Canada and the United States. You will analyze requirements, prepare calculations, refine PDFs, and recommend Oxygen8 products. The work connects customers with Sales, Production, and Applications teams while translating technical information into practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements and prepare documentation, calculations, and performance data
• Apply HVAC design principles to customer projects
• Optimize solutions using psychrometric charts and ASHRAE standards
• Recommend products, features, and accessories for projects
• Provide accurate technical support throughout project execution

Requirements:

• Engineering, Engineering Technology, or HVAC Technology education
• Interest in HVAC systems, psychrometrics, DOAS units, and ASHRAE standards
• Ability to apply technical information to customer-focused solutions
• Strong attention to detail with documentation and software tools
• Willingness to travel within Canada and the United States
