HVAC Technical Support Technician

Being a HVAC Technical Support technician means putting your passion and expertise to work for both the team and our customers.

As a HVAC Technical Support Technician , you will be responsible for responding to service requests, performing remote troubleshooting, and working closely with service technicians and teh R&D team to support repair and preventive maintenance activities.

In this role, you will,

• Respond to service calls and emails;
• Remotely monitor, locate, and diagnose technical issues;
• Recommend solutions that best meet customer needs;
• Read and interpret drawings and technical documentations;
• Enter orders into the internal system and follow up on shilpping confirmations;
• Work closely with the R&D team to resolve technical issues;
• Process merchandise returns;
• Handle warranty and claim credits.
