In this role you will own end-to-end model delivery for hx Renew, building and validating production-grade models in Python. You’ll collaborate with actuarial teams and internal stakeholders to translate complex needs into robust solutions, while mentoring others and elevating our development standards. You’ll work in a high-trust, high-accountability environment on challenging insurance-focused problems that push technical and domain boundaries. This is a chance to shape state-of-the-art AI-driven underwriting and pricing at scale, alongside ambitious colleagues.
