Hybrid 1st Line IT Support Engineer

Razorblue Group is seeking a 1st Line Support Engineer to join a growing tech team in the UK. You will provide first-line support for networks, cloud services and connectivity, troubleshoot faults, and respond to client queries.

The role also involves user account management, security duties and occasional on-site visits. The successful candidate will have strong communication, experience with AD/Exchange/Office 365, and relevant certifications or higher education.
