Clio is seeking a Software Development Manager to lead our Engineering team for Draft, our AI-powered legal drafting product. This role is highly technical and hands-on, with responsibilities spanning roadmapping, designing technical solutions, coaching, and code reviews within a triad (Designer + Product + Development manager leadership group).

You will mentor engineers, participate in hiring, and contribute coding efforts as needed.
