Hybrid AI Solution Engineer — Defence Training

OMNIA Training is seeking an AI Solution Engineer to join its UK-based team. You will contribute to designing, delivering, and transforming collective training for the British Army by developing AI/ML solutions and integrating them into secure, DevSecOps-enabled environments.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, prepare data, evaluate models, and translate complex AI concepts for stakeholders, while upholding ethical AI practices in defence contexts.
