Hybrid Application Support Analyst - Booking Software

BPM Tech is hiring an Application Support Analyst in Pudsey. This hybrid role runs with 2 in-office days and a 8am–6pm shift cover pattern, supporting a business-critical booking platform.

You will handle queries from internal teams, customers and external users, mainly through Jira, email and a virtual agent, investigate issues, troubleshoot problems, and coordinate with internal teams and third parties until resolution.
