Hybrid Backend Engineer (Golang/Java) for Cloud Security

Upwind Security is seeking an experienced Backend Software Engineer to help build and scale our cloud security platform. You’ll work on backend services using Golang or Java, in a hybrid setup with three days a week in our Belfast office and two remote days.

You’ll collaborate across teams, design robust APIs, and implement data-intensive systems on AWS/GCP/Azure, with Kubernetes, Docker, and modern data stores like Neo4j, ElasticSearch, Redis, TimescaleDB, and messaging via RabbitMQ.
