Hybrid Business Analyst: Agile, Process & Change

Arco is hiring a Business Analyst to join the technology team on a 6-month fixed term contract. You’ll translate complex business needs into clear requirements, support Agile delivery, and act as the bridge between business and Digital teams to drive measurable value.

You’ll collaborate across product delivery, business change and continuous improvement initiatives, working in a hybrid setup with home working and Hull head office.
