Hybrid & Cloud IAM Architect & Tech Lead

Alquemy seeks an experienced IAM Solution Architect / Technical Lead to design, implement, and support enterprise identity and access management across hybrid and cloud environments. You will guide architecture, mentor teams, and manage stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities include RBAC/ABAC, SSO, MFA, PAM, platform integrations, and risk mitigation across the lifecycle. Strong leadership and bilingual skills are a plus for collaboration with global teams.
