Hybrid Credit Collections Associate

Use credit collections expertise and analytical skills as a Hybrid Collections Associate serving Accountivity’s client in Peel Region, ON. Manage receivables through phone and computer work.

This temporary-to-permanent Collections Associate position requires at least three years of credit and collections experience. You will address problem receivables, investigate short payments, balance contracts, and reconcile accounts. The work includes customer and branch communications, accurate records, and data entry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect daily and follow up on problem receivables
• Deal with customers, branch administrators, and managers
• Investigate short payments and balance contract amounts
• Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate records
• Complete data entry at minimum sixty words per minute

Requirements:

• Minimum three years of credit and collections experience
• Knowledge of accounting principles
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication with internal and external customers
• Microsoft Office, Dynamics, Excel, and accurate recordkeeping proficiency
