Hybrid CSM - Public Sector SaaS

Euna Solutions is seeking a Customer Success Manager to support our public sector procurement SaaS customers. You will build relationships with executives and stakeholders, design success plans, and drive value across touchpoints.

This 12‑month contract role in Oakville is hybrid (3 days in office) and requires 3+ years in customer success, with a Bachelor’s degree. Salesforce and Office experience are preferred.
