Hybrid Data & BI Analyst

Zurich Cover-More is seeking a Business Analyst to partner with stakeholders across the business, translating reporting and analytics needs into structured requirements. You will define KPIs, data definitions, and dashboards, collaborating with BI developers and data engineers to deliver high-quality data solutions that drive customer journeys, operational performance, and commercial outcomes.

You will facilitate workshops, document data flows, and ensure data governance and quality.
