Bell is seeking a Senior Manager, Real Estate Operations to lead the day‑to‑day operations of a mission‑critical Data Centre in a 24/7, high‑availability environment. The role partners across Facilities, Network, Security and vendors to ensure safety, reliability and compliance while meeting SLAs. You will drive governance, capacity planning, incident response, and continuous improvement, while guiding staff and coordinating customer deployments and change activities.
