Hybrid Homeownership Solutions Expert

MTVH is seeking a Homeownership Specialist to provide fast, responsive, customer‑focused service to leaseholders. Based in London or Nottingham with hybrid working, you will guide customers through Home Ownership services, including Right to Buy, lease extensions and related processes, ensuring compliance with legislation and service standards while liaising with solicitors and internal teams.

This role requires delivering high-quality information, accurate documentation, and proactive
