Hybrid IT Service Delivery Specialist (12-Month Contract)

Amadeus IT Services UK Limited is seeking a Service Delivery Specialist for a fixed-term contract up to 12 months to cover maternity leave. This hybrid role is based at our office near London Heathrow Airport and focuses on delivering IT services to meet SLAs and business expectations.

You will lead incident, problem and change management, drive CSI initiatives, produce service reports and dashboards, and manage third-party partners while maintaining security and governance requirements.
