Hybrid IT Support Contractor — Level 1

Systemiq Ltd. in London is seeking a Level 1 IT Support Contractor to provide first-line technical support to staff, handling hardware setup, ticket triage and office technology support.

The role is hybrid with three days in the London office, reporting to the IT Operations Manager, and paid on a day-rate basis. You will assist with onboarding, account management, printer and network issues, and maintain IT policy documents aligned with ISO 27001.
