Hybrid IT Systems & Support Coordinator

Herschel Supply Co. seeks an IT Systems & Support Coordinator to be the primary technical contact for Vancouver HQ, UK, APAC teams, and stores. You’ll handle end-user hardware, software, and network support, manage tickets, provisioning, and AV setups. Hybrid role based in Vancouver with on-site and WFH flexibility.

You will triage and resolve issues, assist onboarding/offboarding, and escalate infrastructure changes when needed to keep teams operating smoothly.
