Hybrid Operations & Finance Coordinator

Marsh is seeking an Operations and Financial Coordinator to join our Toronto or Montreal team. You will partner with the Practice Leader to manage operations, financial forecasting, and staffing budgets while supporting consultants and strategic initiatives.

You will deliver financial reports and analysis and execute cross-functional projects with urgency and attention to detail. The role requires data integration across multiple financial systems and a strong business mindset.
