Hybrid Principal Platform Engineer: AWS, Connect & Salesforce

Standard Life is seeking a principal‑level engineer to own the cloud contact platform across AWS, Amazon Connect and Salesforce Voice. You will shape strategy, enforce security and resilience, and work with product, architecture, risk, and operations to deliver enterprise‑scale outcomes.

You will design secure contact flows, telephony integration and data exchange, while building reusable infrastructure and automated deployments. Strong leadership and cross‑team collaboration are essential.
