Hybrid Principal Technical Lead - Development & Validation

Maldon District Council is seeking a Principal Technical Lead to guide Development Management and Building Control teams in Maldon. You will manage workflows, prioritise tasks, and provide escalation support for complex queries while driving service improvement across processes.

You will develop staff through coaching and performance feedback, helping to build resilience and consistency in delivery. The role is based on site two days a week with three days remote.
