Hybrid Private Markets BD Associate

StepStone Group is seeking an Associate to support a territory manager with institutional capital raising and consultant relationships. The role focuses on growing the firm’s investor and asset base across the assigned territory, including direct LPs and consultants, while maintaining engagement and meeting KPIs.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of sales experience, with private markets familiarity and Salesforce experience as a plus.
