As a Relationship Manager, you will be pivotal in supporting homestay hosts and students. With strong problem-solving abilities, your day will involve welcome activities for new students, liaising with schools and families, and managing key relationships within the Homestay network. Your role requires excellent communication and judgment, actively contributing to enriching the community.
Key Responsibilities: • Monitor and manage relationships with stakeholders • Support hosts and students in cultural understanding • Plan and conduct training for hosts and orientations • Maintain accurate communication records • Assist in community-building among host families
Requirements: • Minimum two years in homestay or related roles • One-year Community College Certificate or Diploma • International experience in hosting or travel • Strong customer service skills • Valid driver's license and criminal background checks
