Hybrid Technical Lead – UKPI Web Platform & Architecture

Vanguard seeks a Technical Lead for the UK Personal Investor (UKPI) public-facing websites. You will guide the Angular front-ends, Node.js services, and AEM-authored content within a large Nx monorepo across a European retail stack.

In this role you’ll mentor engineers, govern architectural standards, and partner with marketing, designers, and platform teams to deliver scalable, high-traffic experiences while embracing TDD and modern CI/CD practices.
