Hybrid Technical Solutions Consultant

Shape Canon solutions through technical discovery and workflow analysis in a hybrid Solutions Consultant position supporting the sales organization.

As Canon’s primary technical resource, you will align hardware and software with complex customer requirements. The work includes needs analysis, scalable architecture design, and document workflow optimization. You will support sales through presentations, proposals, validation, and deployment oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead discovery sessions and document current-state workflows
• Design scalable Canon hardware and software architectures
• Deliver demonstrations and technical presentations
• Manage proof-of-concepts and real-world trials
• Advise Sales through mentorship and education

Requirements:

• Fluency in French and English
• Technical degree in Computer Science or Colour Management
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Three to five years of related experience
• Experience with Salesforce and Print Fleet
