Hybrid Temporary Accommodation & Housing Solutions Lead

Pertemps London is seeking an experienced Temporary Accommodation Officer in London to manage a portfolio of TA properties and homeless households. The role covers tenancy management, rent arrears, repairs, and landlord liaison, with a mix of site and remote work.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Temporary Accommodation, Homelessness or Housing Management, excellent customer service, and solid case management skills. Hybrid pattern, long-term interim contract available.
