Hybrid UX Researcher — London, Bonus/Equity & Impact

The Lanes Group is seeking an experienced UX Researcher to strengthen customer insight and shape future products. You will plan and deliver qualitative and quantitative research across the product lifecycle, collaborating with Product Managers, Designers and Data teams to uncover behaviours, needs and pain points and translate them into clear recommendations.

Key responsibilities include planning user interviews, usability testing, prioritising research, recruiting participants, analysing
