We are seeking an experienced
IAM Analyst
with 7+ years of Identity and Access Management experience and strong expertise in
Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
administration and governance. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with identity lifecycle management, entitlement governance, access controls, and identity cleanup initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Administer and govern Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) environments Manage identity lifecycle, entitlement governance, and access controls Define and maintain security groups and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) Conduct identity and entitlement cleanup, rationalization, and remediation activities Support governance of human and non-human identities Define ownership, approval, and access review processes Support access certification, audit, and compliance initiatives Facilitate stakeholder workshops and document IAM processes and requirements Collaborate with security, infrastructure, application, and business teams Support large-scale identity governance transformation initiatives Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of Identity and Access Management experience Strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) administration and governance Experience with identity lifecycle management and entitlement governance Strong understanding of RBAC, security groups, and identity governance principles Experience with identity and entitlement cleanup and remediation Knowledge of human and non-human identity governance Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills Excellent documentation and communication abilities Preferred Qualifications
Experience with large-scale identity governance transformation programs Knowledge of Microsoft 365 identity and access management Experience supporting audits, compliance, and access certification programs Familiarity with enterprise security governance frameworks Experience with Active Directory and hybrid identity environments Job Details
