IAM Business Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join an enterprise MFA (Multi-factor Authentication ) and IAM transformation initiative. This role will work closely with business, application, architecture, and cybersecurity teams to assess applications, gather requirements, identify risks, and support MFA implementation.

Key Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, IAM, Cybersecurity, or Technology Risk
  • Strong experience with MFA/IAM transformation programs
  • Knowledge of SAML, SSO, Active Directory, OIDC, and OAuth
  • Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis experience
  • Experience with executive reporting and dashboards
  • Hands-on exposure to Entra ID, Okta, CyberArk, or Transmit Security
  • Knowledge of NIST and IAM governance
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Power BI, SharePoint, or Azure DevOps
  • CBAP, CISSP, CISM, CISA, or similar certification.
  • Financial services or other regulated enterprise experience preferred
