As an IAM Consultant, you will...Support and deliver complex Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) implementations across leading platforms (e.g. SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada, One Identity, Okta)Work directly with clients to understand challenges and deliver practical, high-impact identity solutionsBuild deep expertise in at least one leading IGA tool and contribute to multi-platform delivery environmentsContribute to internal initiatives, helping shape and grow the IAM capability across the practiceCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes in enterprise

Essential Skills

• Extensive experience in IAM / security architecture
• Proven delivery of IGA solutions in enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience with tools (SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada, One Identity, Okta)
• Strong knowledge of access control, SSO, MFA, and protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP)
• Experience with cloud identity platforms (Azure AD / Entra ID, AWS IAM)

Desirable Skills

• Certifications (CISSP, CISM, TOGAF) or advanced degree
• Experience with PAM solutions
• Exposure to regulations (GDPR, SOX, HIPAA)
