IAM Consultant

In this role you will deliver complex Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) implementations for enterprise clients across leading platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive secure access solutions. You will deepen expertise in at least one IGA tool and contribute to multi-platform deliveries, shaping Accenture's IAM capability. You will work with clients to understand challenges, translate them into practical identity strategies, and help scale security in large environments. This position blends hands-on delivery with internal capability building in a hybrid England-based setting.

• Support and deliver complex IGA implementations across leading platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada, One Identity, Okta)
• Collaborate with clients to understand challenges and deliver practical identity solutions
• Develop deep expertise in at least one leading IGA tool and contribute to multi-platform delivery
• Contribute to internal IAM capability development and initiatives
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes in enterprise environments

• Extensive experience in IAM / security architecture
• Proven delivery of IGA solutions in enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience with tools SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada, One Identity, Okta
• Strong knowledge of access control, SSO, MFA, and protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP)
• Experience with cloud identity platforms (Azure AD / Entra ID, AWS IAM)
