IAM Service Lead

IAM Service Lead | Up to £100,000 + 5% Bonus

I'm currently recruiting for an experienced IAM Service Lead for a senior opportunity within a complex hybrid IAM environment.

Manchester or Inverness - 5 days onsite

The role

You'll take ownership of the IAM service, working across service leadership, governance, stakeholder management and continuous improvement .

Key responsibilities include:

• IAM Service Design and Target Operating Model
• Leading transition, knowledge transfer and shadowing
• KPI/SLA management and reporting
• Stakeholder, risk and issue management
• Driving continuous service improvement

What we're looking for

Strong IAM Service Leadership experience in a hybrid environment , with a broad understanding of:

• IGA | MFA | SSO | PAM | PKI
• Experience with MIM, Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta or BeyondTrust would be highly desirable.
• You don't need to be hands-on across every technology - we're looking for someone who understands IAM technically and can confidently lead the service and its stakeholders.
