IAM Service Operations Engineer

In this role, you will manage day-to-day Identity and Access Management operations to safeguard enterprise access. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to run SailPoint IdentityNow governance, provisioning, and certification activities within established processes. The role emphasizes automation, incident and request management, and ongoing access reviews to ensure compliant, secure access controls. You’ll contribute to Netcompany’s growth by delivering efficient IAM capabilities at scale and supporting transformation initiatives.

• Manage SailPoint IdentityNow incidents and service requests within a service mailbox
• Coordinate access provisioning, reviews, and certification campaigns
• Collaborate with internal support teams to maintain secure and compliant access controls
• Perform reporting, dashboards, and audit evidence collection for IAM activities
• Manage change requests in line with organisational change controls
• Develop or support automation for SailPoint workflows and ServiceNow integrations
• Deliver periodic access certification campaigns including reviewer engagement and remediation tracking
• Contribute to incident management, request fulfilment, and change management processes
• Support Azure-related access provisioning and custom Azure group package requests
• Produce and maintain access-related documentation for audits

• Experience in enterprise IAM environments
• Proficiency with SailPoint IdentityNow for governance, provisioning, and certification
• Experience using ServiceNow for incident, request, and change management
• Ability to create and maintain IAM reports and audit data
• Understanding of joiner/mover/leaver processes and access lifecycle
• Experience handling change requests and associated controls
• Experience coordinating access certification campaigns and remediation tracking
• Experience building or supporting automation with SailPoint workflows and ServiceNow integrations
• Experience working in an Agile environment (sprint planning, backlog refinements, retrospectives)
