IBM API Connect Infrastructure Engineer

Support IBM API Connect infrastructure with middleware troubleshooting and configuration skills in a hybrid role based in Downtown or Scarborough.

This Infrastructure Engineer position focuses on maintaining APIC infrastructure and environments. You will assist with installation, upgrades, monitoring, and troubleshooting across the platform. The work also supports API Gateway, DataPower, security, deployment activities, and platform stability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain IBM API Connect infrastructure and environments
• Assist with APIC installation, configuration, and upgrades
• Monitor and troubleshoot APIC infrastructure and environments
• Support API Gateway, DataPower, security, and deployment activities
• Collaborate with development and operations teams on platform stability

Requirements:

• Experience supporting APIC infrastructure or middleware
• Strong APIC development experience is not required
• Ability to support API Gateway and DataPower activities
• Ability to assist with security and deployment activities
• Availability for hybrid work two to three days onsite
