IBM CP4BA Solution Architect

IBM CP4BA architecture leads this permanent full-time Solution Architect role at Canada Life, supported by AWS and enterprise content management expertise.

As a Solution Architect, you will lead enterprise-scale ECM, workflow, and business automation solutions. The role translates business requirements into secure, resilient, scalable architectures aligned with modernization objectives. You will guide IBM CP4BA, cloud-native, integration, and platform decisions across initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and govern end-to-end ECM and business automation solutions
• Lead architecture from concept through implementation and operational support
• Define architecture diagrams, decision records, specifications, and roadmaps
• Architect IBM CP4BA components and content services
• Present recommendations, risks, and trade-offs to stakeholders

Requirements:

• 10+ years in complex enterprise IT environments
• Degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or equivalent
• Proven Solution Architect, Lead Architect, or Senior Technical Lead experience
• Deep IBM CP4BA and ECM experience
• Strong AWS, Kubernetes, microservices, REST API, and DevOps knowledge
