Russell Tobin & Associates seeks a Solution Architect for a public sector client. You will guide large-scale IBM Maximo implementations, including MAS, Maximo Mobile, and Maximo 7.6.x. The work spans solution design, migrations, upgrades, testing, and major go-lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead teams and manage multiple Maximo implementation projects
• Gather requirements and design Maximo-based business solutions
• Lead divisional workshops and create functional design documents
• Manage testing, test plans, cases, scenarios, and results
• Track defects and assure quality Maximo product delivery

Requirements:

• 15+ years designing and implementing Work and Asset Management solutions
• 12+ years leading large-scale IBM Maximo implementations
• Experience with IBM Maximo, MAS, Maximo Mobile, and 7.6.x
• Expertise in business process mapping and change management support
• Ability to collaborate with divisions, vendors, and stakeholders
