Lead IBM TRIRIGA delivery through solution design, configuration, integrations, and production support while guiding technical teams across enterprise projects.

This Technical Lead requires strong IBM TRIRIGA implementation, enhancement, upgrade, and support experience. You will translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications while working with analysts, architects, users, and support teams. The work spans Real Estate, Lease, Space, Facilities, Operations, Maintenance, and Capital Projects modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate BRD requirements into scalable design specifications
  • Lead configuration, customization, enhancement, and integration activities
  • Guide developers through coding, reviews, and troubleshooting
  • Support testing, deployment, releases, and production issues
  • Prepare solution, deployment, support, and release documentation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10–15 years of IT experience
  • Strong hands-on IBM TRIRIGA project experience
  • Experience with Data Modeler and Workflow Builder
  • Knowledge of REST, SOAP, ETL, and data migration
  • Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
