This full-time role involves L1/L2/L3 support for Operative IBMS/BMS in a helpdesk setting. You will be troubleshooting scheduling, ad sales, traffic, and billing modules, managing incidents, and performing data validation using SQL. Collaboration with various teams and ensuring SLA compliance are key responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities: • Provide L1/L2/L3 application support for Operative IBMS/BMS • Troubleshoot scheduling, ad sales, traffic, and billing issues • Manage incidents and service requests through ticketing tools • Perform SQL troubleshooting and data validation • Conduct Root Cause Analysis and ensure compliance
Requirements: • Strong experience with Operative IBMS/BMS • Knowledge of media workflows including scheduling and billing • Proficient in SQL and database troubleshooting • Familiarity with ServiceNow or JIRA • Strong analytical and communication skills
