IC Test Development Engineer

In this role you will design and deploy semiconductor test solutions for mixed-signal ASICs, collaborating with global teams and external partners. You help ensure product quality and yield by advancing ATE test programs and hardware. The position offers exposure to leading test platforms and a chance to influence production testing and test efficiency at scale. You’ll work on cross-functional challenges that shape the reliability and performance of cutting-edge devices. This is a fast-paced, globally connected role with a clear impact on product success.

• Develop semiconductor test solutions including ATE programs, loadboards, sockets, and hardware for platforms such as Advantest V93K, Teradyne ETS, and UltraFLEX
• Create and manage test plans, specifications, FMEA documentation, and development timelines
• Deploy test solutions to OSAT partners and manage outsourced test development activities
• Support product engineering with yield improvement, troubleshooting, and production test optimization
• Collaborate with international cross-functional teams and external partners

• 5+ years’ semiconductor test development experience
• Degree in Electronics Engineering
• Strong knowledge of analog/digital test methodologies (RF experience advantageous)
• Experience developing ATE solutions, ideally with Advantest V93K
• Proficiency in ATE programming languages (C/C++, Java) and full-chip test solution development, including hardware design
• Strong problem-solving, ownership, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a global team environment
