ICFR & Internal Controls Lead – Fintech Risk & Compliance

Wealthsimple Inc. in Canada is seeking a Manager, Internal Controls to lead and scale the ICFR program. You will own the control framework, drive testing, and partner with Finance, Operations and Engineering to ensure controls are designed, implemented and operating effectively.

You will coordinate walkthroughs with external auditors, remediate deficiencies, and evolve controls as Wealthsimple launches new products, leveraging AI-enabled tooling to enhance documentation and efficiency.
